IT SAP Manager - Middleware Posting Country United States | Posting Location Ohio Requisition Number: 223360 Job Description Cintas is currently seeking an IT SAP Manager - Middleware within the Corporate Information Technology organization. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all approved SAP middleware and integration platform activities. The position provides leadership and oversight for partner-led delivery teams supporting SAP PO, SAP BTP CPI, SAP BTP Mobile Services, SAP SLT, Fivetran, and Syclo. The Manager ensures middleware solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with Cintas business processes, SAP best practices, and long‑term IT strategy, while supporting acquisitions and legacy system migrations. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing strategic direction and day-to‑day leadership across the full middleware lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development oversight, testing coordination, deployment, and operational support Partnering closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, architects, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality enterprise integrations supporting customers, vendors, and internal operations Skills/Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
