About this role
Associate, Finance San Francisco, CA, USA About the Role We are hiring for a Finance Associate to support our Finance Business Partnerships team at Chime. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring budgeting and forecasting accuracy while driving forward high-impact strategic and financial initiatives. You'll partner closely with business leaders and finance team members to provide insights, influence decision-making, and help shape Chime's financial strategy. This role is also an opportunity to help transform how Finance operates at Chime. We're moving away from manual, reactive work toward a more strategic, insight-driven function, and this person will be at the center of that shift. You will own payroll and workforce planning end-to-end, partnering closely with People, Recruiting, and Compensation to drive headcount planning, forecasting, and investment decisions. In parallel, you'll help lead efforts to leverage AI and automation across Finance, streamlining processes, improving reporting, and enhancing forecasting capabilities. Alongside this ownership, you'll contribute to highly visible cross-functional projects that directly support company-wide goals. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $101,000 and up to $140,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
