Key Responsibilities (KRs) - Account Management: Manage a personal book of business and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact internally and externally. - Commercial Growth: Identify merchant needs, lead pricing negotiations, and build strategies for up-selling/cross-selling value-added products. - Data-Driven Consulting: Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to merchants by utilizing internal data
