Position Overview The Human Capital team comprises about 25 professionals committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent colleagues across the firm. The Global Talent Management and Development team is central to CRA's success by creating an employee-centered work experience. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the employee life cycle particularly as it relates to onboarding, learning and development programs, performance management, as well as any employment transition activity. This position could be located in New York, Washington, DC (preferred), Boston or Chicago, and will report to a Human Capital Manager.
