Role Overview: - Own lineside material availability across assigned production areas - Ensure no production stoppages due to missing hardware or consumables - Execute real-time material movement, replenishment, and kitting - Maintain and operate kanban / pull-based replenishment systems - Support high-rate production environments with fast, reliable execution - Prioritize production needs above all secondary tasks Responsibilities: - Lineside Execution - Maintain required levels of lineside hardware and consumables at all times - Refill bins, kits, and point-of-use inventory to support continuous production - Respond immediately to shortages or risks of line holds; escalate only when blocked - Transfer material between locations, stockrooms, and lines as required to support production - Ensure correct material, quantity, and configuration are available at point of use - Replenishment & Flow - Execute and maintain kanban / pull systems for consumables and repeat-use hardware - Monitor inventory signals and trigger
