Role Overview: - Lead sustainment operations supporting deployed radar, RF, and mission systems. - Own depot repair, refurbishment, RMAs, spares, and lifecycle support execution. - Build scalable sustainment systems supporting fleet growth and operational readiness. - Drive coordination across Manufacturing, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Programs. Responsibilities: - Lead depot and repair operations. - Own repair throughput, turnaround time, and fleet readiness metrics. - Drive field-failure investigations and corrective action coordination. - Develop spares, obsolescence, and lifecycle support strategies. - Stand up sustainment SOPs, workflows, and reporting infrastructure. Minimum Requirements: - 10+ years in sustainment, depot operations, repair operations, or lifecycle support. - 5+ years of leadership experience. - Experience supporting complex aerospace, defense, RF, or electronics hardware. - Strong operational leadership capability in high-tempo environments. Preferred Requirements: - Experience supporting deployed defense systems. - Familiarity with FRACAS, serialized tracking, and depot repair workflows.
