Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technology Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Office of the CTO at Ceribell. We are looking for a versatile problem-solver who combines technical literacy, analytical rigor, and project management skills to drive execution of key R&D and technology initiatives. You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and CTO to ensure smooth operations, effective cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication of priorities. This is an ideal role for someone with a technical background (engineering, computer science, or related) coupled with experience in technology strategy, operations, or program management, who is eager to expand into a high-impact operating role within a fast-growing MedTech company.
