Job Summary Leads the end-to-end delivery of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage (EHV) transmission and substation projects under an EPC model with an Owner's Engineer by owning scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk from initiation through commissioning and closeout. Aligns EPC partners with internal engineering, project controls, supply chain, regulatory/permitting, ROW, construction, and operations. Enforces stage-gate governance and rigorous project controls to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes.
