The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly autonomous Senior Automation & Integration Engineer to serve as a versatile technical architect across the organization. In this hands-on role, you will act as the “Automation Engine,” directly impacting company efficiency and scalability by orchestrating end-to-end technical solutions. You will be responsible for connecting, transforming, and managing data flows across our entire systems stack through AI-driven automation. We are looking for an individual who embodies extreme ownership: someone capable of proactively engaging stakeholders, unblocking challenges, and getting things done. The Work You'll Do: - Design and Build: Develop and implement robust, scalable AI automation workflows using Make as the primary integration platform to connect core business systems, with particular focus on Workday as our primary ERP. - Orchestrate and Integrate: Take full ownership of technical solutions, managing data flows, transformations, and database manipulation to ensure seamless integration between tools - including Workday Finance and Workday HCM
