The Team: You will be based in our Madrid office, being part of the global People & Culture Department, reporting directly to the Manager, People Service Delivery. You will be working closely with different departments as Finance, Legal and Corporate Development. The Role: You will join our HR Service Delivery Team as an HR Intern. You will have the opportunity to learn about HR areas like: employment contracts, benefits administration, handling employees queries, etc. The Work You'll Do: - Preparation of employment contracts globally - Various administration tasks including but not limited to the preparation and amendment of various HR documents - Handling new university agreements and onboarding interns and working students - Supporting other team within the HR Department such as Payroll, Compliance,... - Maintaining and updating databases as Workday, Greenhouse, Make, Jira... - Managing the benefits for French, Spanish and Italian employees - Handling the day-to-day employee queries - Handling administrative tasks from
