Regulatory Oversight: Oversee import/export applications, registrations, and Customs rulings. Maintain strict adherence to Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, valuation, and Country of Origin (COO) guidance. Audit & Risk Management: Conduct regular internal reviews and audits to measure compliance levels. Identify potential risks or violations and implement corrective action plans.
