In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between mechanical design, electronics, and control systems, providing technical leadership to global engineering teams. Acting as a technical bridge between our customers and our global engineering teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex client requirements into scalable, high-performance mechatronic solutions. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle-from analyzing complex system trade-offs and defining the Engineering Scope of Work (SOW) for global customers to overseeing the finalization of production-ready designs. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who is equally comfortable providing high-level system architecture input as they are performing rigorous engineering calculations and V&V testing to ensure world-class reliability and performance. This role requires the successful candidate to reside within a 100-mile commuting distance of Norwalk, CT by the start date to support customer visits.
