Senior Manager - AI Compute Infrastructure Software City Taipei | State/Province Taiwan | Country Taiwan Req ID: 127197 Remote Position: Region: Country Taiwan State/Province: State/Province Taiwan City Taipei Summary The Senior manager will be responsible for leading and managing the team developing the firmware for cloud infrastructure products, ensuring timely delivery and highest quality standards. The manager will be playing a key role in driving the software development processes (such as Agile, Scrum, etc.) and complying with the product life cycle development (phase/gate deliverables). The candidates with prior experience in firmware development and strong leadership skills will enjoy this role. Detailed Description Leads the software team working on the lowest level drivers to higher layers of specialized stacks for AI Compute products Takes the lead in project planning and scheduling. Coaches and mentors the team Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including hardware design, other software teams, program and product management Sets yearly plans and goals for the team, give direction on expected performance, provide regular feedback, provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Works with the team to elevate technical skills and consistently apply best practices. Keeps up to date with the industry knowledge Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required qualifications: ● Prior experience in managing the SW development teams in one or more of the below areas ○ LINUX Kernel/drivers, PCIe, BMC, BIOS/BSP ○ Data Networking ○ CPU/GPU based compute ○ AI work
