We drive a Zero Defect culture with emphasis on maximizing value and preventing quality problems. Quantifying, managing and mitigating supply chain risk to provide continuous flow of quality parts, whilst minimizing supply chain disruption. Detailed Description The Manager, GSQ performs tasks including the following: Provide leadership and guidance to other GSQ team members. Monitor customer and Celestica requirements/expectations flowed down to suppliers and sub suppliers to ensure clear expectations are defined and understood. Lead Quality Planning during new product introduction, flawless launch, transitions and significant process changes. Participate in supplier onboarding. Support risk-based Supplier Audit program.
