This role is integral to the organizations' focus on the protection of employee safety, health and wellbeing, which enables the safe and effective operations of Celestica's Texas location(s) Detailed Description Knowledge/Skills/Competencies 1-2 years of relevant experience in an industrial / manufacturing setting. Strong communication skills - oral, written, verbal. Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, including the ability to devise and present training and education materials. Strong analytical skills and investigation skills Emotional maturity to understand the impact, sensitivity and confidentiality of EHS issues. Ability to prioritize competing requirements with a strong sense of urgency and understanding of multi-jurisdictional complexities.
