Actively drive the creation and deployment of an annual global CI strategy, which supports the site/function strategy deployment plans. Incorporate the CI (Lean and Six Sigma) vision into all elements of the plan. Responsible for employee engagement, collaboration and maturity in CI performance at site/function level and sharing good practices across the region. Recognized subject matter expert on Lean and Six Sigma principles, systems, methods and tools. Collaborate with other CI leaders within the organization to ensure consistency across segments and functions.
