Work is guided by general procedures and professional standards. Works on assignments of basic to medium scope and complexity, where analysis requires a review of identifiable factors and a considerable degree of judgment. Works under minimum Supervision but seeks approval from others on matters outside of job/role scope. Unusual problems are solved jointly with manager. Work may be reviewed for application of sound judgment. May lead a work group or project team consisting of technical and support staff. Builds internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities, such as relationships with customers and internal teams. Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Provides support to the Sustainability Manager on the following key initiatives: Working with multiple areas within Celesticas organization to develop and monitor that appropriate goals are in place within Celestica and its global facilities Analyze the sustainability practices of our organization and provide input to the development
