Geologist 3 We are seeking a jr./mid-level Geologist to support a variety of environmental investigation and remediation projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, can confidently manage technical tasks, and is ready to grow toward a project technical lead or project management role. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support field programs at contaminated and Superfund sites, including oversight of drilling, monitoring well installation, and sampling of groundwater, surface water, sediment, and soils. • Plan, coordinate, and execute complex field programs, including subcontractor management and junior staff direction. • Conduct hydrogeologic investigations, and geophysical and geotechnical testing. • Prepare and review work plans, technical reports, and supporting documentation for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Perform data interpretation, analysis, and reporting for environmental characterization and remediation projects. • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality protocols. • Manage tasks for large projects or phases of smaller projects, developing both project management and client relationship skills. • Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
