SEI's Climate Corps Fellowship program offers the chance to lead impactful climate and community resilience projects while gaining paid, hands-on experience. This full-time, bridge-to-career opportunity pairs fellows with host organizations, from local governments to nonprofits and businesses, to drive real-world change. About the Opportunity Start Date: June 1st, 2026 Length of Fellowship: 10 months Location Type: On-site Are you looking for hands-on experience solving problems related to climate action and energy efficiency within a Higher Education context? As an Energy Management Associate in the Climate Corps Fellowship program, you'll have the opportunity to build out the energy management program while working collaboratively with professionals across campus, representing a variety of roles and disciplines at the University of Puget Sound. This is an on-site position with the expectation of on-site work up to 5 days per week on site. Occasional evening hours to perform site walks as appropriate, not to occur more than once a month (fellows are encouraged to flex their time). The Fellow will be responsible for taking existing campus energy management efforts to the next level, including analyzing trends in energy use, researching improvements to data collection methods, and identifying opportunities for energy savings. The Fellow will create outreach materials for students, staff, and faculty on campus to drive behavior change.
