Job Purpose and Impact El representante de punto de venta trabajará en una tienda para vender productos y brindar servicio al cliente a empleados o clientes externos. En este rol, apoyará la marca de la empresa a través de un servicio al cliente positivo y ventas de productos complejos con orientación limitada o nula. Key Accountabilities Vinipelar producto de bandejería que se encuentre en mal estado para evitar darlo de baja. Mantener los espacios asignados para la marcas de la compañía y mantener la planometria. Realizar fileteo de producto a granel en los almacenes autorizados a solicitud del cliente. Reportar las solicitudes, quejas o reclamos recibidas por los cliente al área SAC y re-direccionarlas al Jefe inmediato con el fin de darle un exitoso trámite a la solicitud, evitando así posibles inconvenientes o pérdidas de clientes. Diariamente debera reportar el comportamiento de las ventas al Jefe inmediato en donde se especifiquen, disminución en inventarios, número de unidades vendidas para la construcción del pedido y su envio hacia SAC.
