Job Purpose and Impact The QA Software Engineer partners closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role focuses on validating product functionality through manual testing and designing, writing, and maintaining automated tests. Working within an Agile environment, this position helps ensure that features meet business requirements, quality standards, and user expectations. Key Accountabilities MANUAL TESTING: Design, execute, and document manual test cases based on product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. TEST AUTOMATION: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to support regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. AGILE COLLABORATION: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other QA team members in an Agile/Scrum team to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. DEFECT MANAGEMENT: Identify, document, and track defects, working with the team to ensure timely resolution and verification.
