PROPOSITO E IMPACTO El Galponero (a) , realizará una variedad de responsabilidades dentro del área asignada a la instalación de producción, incluida la resolución de problemas básicos siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos establecidos y la orientación frecuente. En este puesto, se le asignarán diferentes áreas de trabajo según sea necesario para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de producción, respaldar la producción de productos de calidad y maximizar el rendimiento mientras se siguen todas las políticas de seguridad y normativas. Turno/Jornada: Diurna RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE Se encarga de la alimentación de aves. Realiza recolección, clasificación y desinfección de huevo. Se encarga del manejo de camas de aves. Orden , aseo y mantenimiento de galpones. Ejecuta las labores específicas asignadas de manera repetitiva, las cuales pueden requerir de esfuerzo físico y/o concentración cumpliendo con las especificaciones indicadas de calidad, inocuidad, seguridad entre otras.
