This position is responsible for overseeing credit operations, collections, and dispute management activities, including creditworthiness assessments, , counterparty relationship management, and credit reporting. The role implements and continuously improves credit, collections, and dispute resolution processes, ensuring timely collections, effective dispute resolution, and strong collaboration with commercial and operational teams. This leader drives the implementation of robust credit controls, policies, and performance metrics to support the organization's financial health, liquidity, and risk management objectives. Additionally, leads and develops a high-performing team, promotes continuous improvement and process standardization, and ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
