Job Purpose and Impact We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team of dairy nutritionists in the Western Ohio/Eastern Indiana market. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hands-on dairy management experience and technical proficiency. The Dairy Focus Support will participate in the day to day support to our new and existing dairy customers. We seek a results-oriented professional who, with guidance, will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions. Key Accountabilities Contribute to on-farm cow management and forage evaluations by supporting body condition and lameness scoring, conducting walk-throughs, health observations, and providing input on TMR mixing and management practices.
