Job Purpose and Impact The Generalist Process Operator Lead will perform assigned lead activities and perform a variety of responsibilities throughout a production facility, including operating mechanical machinery and equipment, performing maintenance, lead troubleshooting throughout the plant and supporting others utilizing a broad understanding of varied and multi-dimensional processes. In this role, you will be assigned different work areas as needed to ensure production goals are met, support production of quality product and maximize throughput while following all safety and regulatory polices.
