[26春招]动物营养技术培训生 State/Province1 | Job Posting Country CN China 岗位职责 嘉吉动物营养与健康业务成立逾130年，深耕跨畜种的营养科学及创新研发，向客户提供饲料、数字化解决方案、农场管理、微营养与健康科技等一体化解决方案。现面向全国动物营养类专业的同学提供为期两年的定向培养计划（技术培训生项目），通过“技术沉淀-实战赋能-职业进阶”三阶路径，选拔并培养具备扎实专业基础的应届生，我们将提供“导师带教+全场景实战”的培养模式，帮助你从专业能力到商业思维提供全方位指导，深度参与客户服务与技术支持，尽快成长为能独立负责客户技术服务与市场协作的核心骨干。 工作地点全国开放，后续可根据同学的个人意愿和面试情况协调入职地点。 1. 技术服务与客户支持 运用动物营养与配方专业知识，为养殖客户提供营养设计、原料评估、配方优化及霉菌毒素防控等解决方案； 响应客户技术咨询与诉求，提供专业分析与解决方案，维护长期稳定的客户合作关系； 定期输出月度/季度服务报告，跟踪服务效果，持续优化服务方案。 2. 客户开发与市场协作 与商务团队紧密协作，参与目标客户开发，共同组织技术交流会议，推广公司营养体系与MAX配方软件； 深入客户农场一线，收集生产数据，挖掘客户潜在需求，为产品与服务升级提供依据。 3. 项目参与与团队贡献 参与公司技术研发、市场推广等相关项目； 完成团队及上级交办的其他工作任务。 岗位要求 2026届毕业生，研究生及以上学历，动物科学、动物营养类专业 可以接受出差，愿意接受因工作和发展需要的工作地点调动 良好的沟通表达、逻辑分析能力，能清晰传递专业信息 热爱农业与养殖行业，踏实肯干，较强的学习意愿、抗压能力
