This job leads the network devices configuration, maintenance and upgrades, and oversees network performance monitoring and troubleshooting issues. This job leads implementing strategic initiatives to improve network performance, security and scalability, maintains vendor relationships, coordinates budget allocations, and facilitates adopting innovative technologies and best in class industry standards to sustain a cutting-edge network environment. Key Accountabilities NETWORK STRATEGIES: Leads implementing network strategies in line with organizational goals and ensures the network infrastructure supports business objectives. NETWORK DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE: Leads the setup and configuration of various network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and virtual private networks as well as software defined networking to maintain optimal performance and security. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION: Leads network performance monitoring and recommends continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high availability and reliability.
