Senior Relationship Manager Dallas, TX, US Min USD $115,000.00/Yr. Max USD $175,000.00/Yr. Job Summary The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, manages, grow, and deepen relationships with business banking clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographic areas. Actively engages in the sales process of the assigned Region to ensure the attainment of the business bank, region, and individual goals and objectives, while adhering to WaFd Bank credit quality standards, risk management guidelines, and compliance. Manages and grow an extensive portfolio of business clients, with a focus on acquiring, deepening, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting and enhancing existing relationships. Analyze financial statement reports, conducting thorough due diligence, assess credit risk, and execute prudent and sound underwriting practices of loan proposals and recommendations to credit administration for review and approval. Monitor and manage an assigned loan portfolio and maintain awareness of competitive landscape, company-specific developments, industry trends, economic factors, rates and other changes in market conditions that may impact the credit strength of the portfolio. Works closely with existing and new clients to understand their specific financial requirements and provide effective solutions, while maintaining the credit quality standards of the bank. Execute consistent and systematic outbound sales strategies and business development efforts aimed to drive growth in business loans/lines and deposits, merchant processing, treasury management products lines that drives profitability growth.
