This is a supervisory position responsible for providing high-quality service to retail bank clients by administering branch operations and supervising multiple Customer Service Representatives. A successful Customer Service Supervisor must: Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent service. Assist clients by recognizing opportunities and making appropriate product and service recommendations for both consumer and small business clients. Supervise two or more CSRs and manage scheduling, branch staff on-boarding and training, workflow management, and daily adherence to operational processes and policies. Assist the manager in suggesting ways to optimize operational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency to build shareholder value. Demonstrate and apply skills necessary to open all account types and originate loans. Develop competencies and certifications/registration necessary to support branch performance goals. Assume responsibility for the branch in the absence of other branch leadership. Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
