Canva's global Commercial Legal team of ten, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its team. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts in support of Canva's Enterprise sales, Canva for Education, and Procurement teams. What you'll do: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with customers and vendors ensuring the terms comply with Canva policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information to address any concerns related to contract terms and deliver timely, practical advice that is calibrated to risk, deal structure, and internal policy.
