ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for mission-driven medical billers who care about creating positive impact, love solving challenging problems, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will help focus on payment posting remits to our system. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Analyze EOBs and post manual payments - Identify payers with payment posting issues - Accurately correct payment posting errors - Investigate payment issues while addressing outstanding payment discrepancies and denials to expedite resolution - Document all payment-related activities
