The design team The design team sits within Cabify's Technology area, alongside Engineering, Product and Data. That means we work closely with the teams shaping, building and measuring our products, and that design has a direct voice in decisions that affect both the user experience and business impact. We're a team of 20 people spread across different locations in Spain, with most of us based in Madrid. The team is organised into three main groups: Product Design, Design System/Web and Core Design. Across all three, we partner closely with technical teams as well as stakeholders in Growth, Business and Marketing, bringing together product, brand, communications, systems and experience. Our work blends execution, craft and collaboration. We design experiences across the Cabify ecosystem, evolve our design system, maintain consistency across our interfaces and brands, and make sure our solutions are grounded in real user needs, business opportunities and meaningful product problems.
