At Bunge, we are looking for a Trade Contracts Specialist to join our team in Egypt. In this role, you will own and safeguard the accuracy and integrity of contracts across their lifecycle. You will act as a key control point, ensuring that contractual agreements are correctly reflected and aligned with pricing, invoicing, and related activities, in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. This role is focused on contract accuracy, compliance, and validation, while working in close coordination and alignment with commodity trade execution. What you will do Review and validate commodity purchase and sales confirmations entered by traders into SAP. Ensure all contracts accurately reflect agreed commercial terms and contain complete and correct clauses. Validate contract pricing against agreed terms in close collaboration with trading and finance teams. Work closely with finance to verify invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment with contract conditions. Ensure consistency between contracts, pricing data, and supporting financial and operational documentation. Review contracts with field offices, brokers, and third-party counterparties.
