Technical Service Representative Ciudad, DE Requisition Number: 45923 A Day in the Life: Technical Service Representative provides bakery and snack food shortenings and oils applications support to customers and the Bunge Oils' sales organization via personal visits, telephone, and email correspondence. In conjunction with sales, the Technical Service Representative will be responsible to define the best way to support customers' requests, identify their needs and assist them. The Tech Service Representative acts as a connection to Bunge. The Technical Service Representative assists in the technical training of Bunge Oils sales force. Finally, the Technical Service Representative is responsible for the application details of projects which have been assigned. What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for bakery and snack food shortenings and oils applications support to customers and the Bunge Oils' sales organization. Corresponds with customers with oversight from either Sales or the supervisor on the promotion of Bunge Oils' bakery and snack food shortening and oils products. Develops and maintains mastery of the Bunge Oils' product line as applied to bakery and snack food products. Keeps abreast of the latest applications developments in the use of shortenings, margarines, and oils in bakery and snack food products. Works with the supervisor to prioritize requests to ensure that the applications support to key accounts is promptly and accurately delivered.
