This should be completed through the following activities: Business relationships Lead and build business relationships and networks with the key customers stakeholders, such as Technical and Quality teams to develop deep understanding of our customers' innovation pipelines and strategy, product lines, quality requirements, production capabilities/limitations, business strategy, and market trends of focus. Identify opportunities to grow the customer base with the commercial teams in the value-added product space.
