What will you be doing as an Industrial Stock Accountant The core focus of this role is to interact with all departments to obtain necessary information for correct classification and accurate accounting records. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile inventory movements: Perform 4-way matching for raw materials, finished, and semi-finished products, and accurately reconcile weighing notes across USHI and SAP systems for various sites. Process and record inventory adjustments: Accurately record inventory reclassifications, reworks, and daily waste adjustments within SAP. Participate in physical inventory counts: Prepare documentation, assist with physical inventory counts at the Lehliu Plant, and reconcile any identified differences. Ensure data accuracy and compliance: Verify existing weighing notes, update Tax Warehouse Registries, and perform continuous checks to prevent errors and ensure proper documentation for transit.
