Production Supervisor II (Fairmont City) Production Supervisor II (Fairmont City) Requisition Number: 45191 This position leads the overall operational activities at a grain elevator. This includes but is not limited to day-to-day operations, maintenance oversight and direction, management and responsibility of operational expenses, implementation, and oversight of the company safety program with the overall objective of meeting continuous changing business needs required to keep the facility operating in a safe, efficient and competitive manner. Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Accountabilities: • Direct all functions of operations to ensure best practices and that employees adhere to proper safe work practices and maintenance programs. • Drive the operational excellence, continuous improvement, safety and environmental programs at the elevator to ensure a productive, safe working environment. • Manage grain inventories, storage, grain quality, blending techniques and barge/truck scheduling. • Manage the operational expenses associated with the annual budget, collaborate with others to develop long range business plans and create/execute the annual capital expenditure plan to maintain the integrity of the facility and grow the business. • Oversee all major strategic projects to ensure targets are met. • Maintain company specific software and operation systems. • Manage the hiring and training/development processes. • Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employe
