Production Engineer Pasir Gudang Requisition Number: 45997 Role Purpose: To monitor overall production activities in plant To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant To ensure product quality meeting quality standards To ensure safe operation and attend all required safety training To implement all BMOS Requirements To initiate improvement plans to improve performance of production plants in term of product quality and plant efficiencies. Main Accountabilities To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule. Good leadership skills in leading plant troubleshooting. Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, make sure all documentations and requirements are in order. To train and develop plant personnel with working and personal skill, to analyze the training needs and work out the training program. To optimize plant operation, eg. Process parameter to meet production target.
