What will you be doing as an HR Operations Specialist The core focus of this role is to supports HR Operations by assisting with payroll preparation, ensuring legal compliance for hiring and terminations, and providing pivotal employee relations support. This role streamlines HR processes, maintains employee data, and administers local employee benefits. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Managing monthly payroll processes, including reviewing, correcting, and approving results, as well as controlling financial and bank files. Performing HR data entry for hiring, terminations, and HR changes. Resolving employee queries related to HR Ops and Payroll processes. Administering local employee benefits and managing yearly enrollment. Preparing and maintaining employment documentation (contracts, addendum letters, verification letters, and employee files).
