Controller UK Controller UK Requisition Number: 45093 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Country Controller to lead financial reporting and control activities for our UK operations. While mastering US GAAP financial reporting, statutory accounts, internal controls, and industrial finance processes, you will be acting as a trusted finance lead to the business. This role will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial statements, drive strong governance and SOX compliance, and continuously improve finance processes in close collaboration with shared services and regional teams. The role combines technical accounting excellence, leadership, and business partnering in a complex, international environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Close Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close for the UK, including subsidiaries and joint ventures; Own full US GAAP financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, disclosures); Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and internal reporting requirements; Manage complex accounting topics (e.g. revenue recognition, leases, tolling arrangements, key balance sheet areas); Own Mark‑to‑Market (MTM) accounting from a controlling perspective; Deliver accurate and timely reporting packages to regional and corporate stakeholders.
