What will you be doing as an Contract Administrator The main purpose of the job is to manage business contracts, manage business contracts, including purchasing, sales, and non-commodity contracts. You will act as liaison between internal business parties and external vendors and suppliers, making sure that conditions are correctly documented and followed through. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Administrating all contracts concluded by Bunge (e.g. goods, transportation, storage); Updating the SAP system: partners, contracts, vendors, additional documentation as per internal procedures; Following up on documents' status and documents' flow fulfillment as per internal regulations; Maintaining and archiving the partners' database; Fulfilling and distributing correspondence (contracts, additional documentation); Archiving all documents physically and electronically; What you can bring to the role: 2-3 years of professional experience - relevant field would be preferable; Bachelor's
