Associate- Contract Admin ( Contractual Role) Bhurai, IN Requisition Number: 44421 Role Purpose Statement The overall responsibility of the Manager will be to manage day to day operation management and create, maintain and adhere to Process Design of Contract Admin, update SOPs ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Main Accountabilities 1. Monitor Daily contract entry and issuance meet Global KPIs, across all value chains on a daily basis 2. Provide support in process transitions and work on process stabilization, have well defined control process, SOPs and KPIs 3. Accountable for tracking performance and driving best in class KPIs. 4. Monitor the status of the activities and report upward to Manager. Responsible to ensure accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported. 5. Ensure document retention in accordance with Company's policies and procedure requirements. 6. Supervision and close coordination with team on daily activities. 7. Be first point of contact for the team -Handle teams queries, Issues and concerns effectively. 8. Monitor the status of the activities and report upward to Manager. Responsible to ensure accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported. 9. Adapt and quickly get hands on to the new introduced applications and process and in turn train the team to learn and adapt for achieving better result and desired outcome.
