As In-house Service Engineer: individual would be responsible for Customer support, Engineer support, repair of Spectrometers, accessories and occasional local field service. The candidate must have good customer skills. The ability to travel, make travel arrangements, scheduling calls with customer and make decisions on repairs. Responsibilities Provide phone and e-mail support to both customers and Bruker personnel. Issuing RMA numbers to customers. Logging and updating RMA in SAP Contact the customers to inform them of the status of their repair. In-house repair of Spectrometer and accessories. Maintains and updates customer data in SAP. Assists in tasks related to ISO. Ensures customer satisfaction by on time response to customer requests. Must keep certifications current. (Validation and instrument training.)
