As the Head of Finance at Breeze, you'll build and lead the financial operations that power our growth. This is a highly strategic and operational role focused on financial planning, payments infrastructure, unit economics, and scalable financial systems - not traditional accounting management. You'll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive company-wide financial strategy, improve operational efficiency, and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale a high-growth fintech business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands the complexity of payments and money movement, and enjoys turning financial data into strategic decision-making. We're looking for a finance leader who can operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on builder - someone comfortable diving into payment reconciliations, forecasting growth scenarios, improving financial visibility, and helping shape the operational foundation of the business. What You'll Do - Own Breeze's financial operations strategy, building scalable processes that support rapid growth and operational efficiency. - Lead FP&A across the business, including forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, cash flow planning, and headcount planning.
