Job Description:  Effectively manage all slot performance personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and terminating.  Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.  Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Investigate deviations noted in slot management reports.  Organize machine placement on casino floor, which may include the coordination of installations, moves, and conversions.  Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts.  Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot performance staff.  Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory.  Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery. Qualifications:  Must be at least 21 years of age.  Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred.  Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions
