Job Description: The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. This role is responsible for monitoring and controlling an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of customer service according Belterra Casino Resort standards, while maintaining the integrity of the games. This role is responsible for learning the various policies and procedures required of the TG Floor Supervisor position. The Table Games Floor Supervisor: Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and team members, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
