Job Description: The Senior Buyer - Facilities is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services related to facilities management within a dynamic hospitality environment. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management to ensure optimal cost, quality, and service. The ideal candidate will possess deep procurement expertise, specifically in facilities operations, maintenance, and capital projects while demonstrating a strategic approach to vendor partnerships. Procurement & Sourcing: Lead the procurement process for facilities-related goods and services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning services, building maintenance, renovations, and capital expenditure projects. Develop and execute RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotes), and contracts to secure competitive pricing and terms. Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and service. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
