Job Description: Responsible for supporting the Keno Manager in the daily operations of the Keno department Assist in scheduling as needed. Verify, count and issue cash supply to writers with change and cash fills. Maintain accuracy of bank. Verify winning keno tickets and balls and pay according to established procedures. · Maintain written records and documents of shift transactions, gaming regulations, personnel actions, etc. Communicate with and establish rapport with guests; resolve customer complaints or disputes. · Maintain and operate games according to established rules and procedures to ensure integrity of games and protection of company assets. Maintain all equipment and proper inventory of supplies. Maintain lounge area cleanliness. Ensure compliance of all appropriate gaming regulations and established company policies and procedures. · Possess knowledge of and be able to execute all keno writer's duties and functions.· Other duties as assigned by management.
