Job Description: The Deckhand will maintain the cleanliness of the vessel by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing the deck. Perform general seasonal maintenance on the vessel such as sanding and painting to keep it seaworthy. Participate in passenger safety drills and assist in emergency situations. The Deckhand will maintain the cleanliness of the vessel on the outside by sweeping, mopping and scrubbing the deck to keep it clean and orderly. Able to operate the fire hose, winch and davit. Also knowledge and practice of safety procedures in each situation. The Deckhand will communicate and provide the highest degree of customer service to customers. Participate in passenger safety drills and actual emergency situations. The Deckhand will perform general seasonal maintenance of the vessel such as sanding and painting to keep it seaworthy.
