As an EMEA Upstream Product Manager, Digital Solutions, your responsibilities could include: Defining and driving the upstream product strategy and roadmap for digital health solutions across EMEA Identifying unmet customer needs and translating insights into product concepts and development requirements Leading early-stage product development, including concept validation, business case creation, and value proposition definition Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to shape and develop digital solutions Acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring strong user experience (UserX) and adoption Supporting Agile development processes by prioritizing features, contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and guiding development direction Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and digital health innovations to inform prod
